1. Order Processing Time & Cut-Off
- Order Cut-Off Time: 03:00 PM WIB (GMT+7), Monday through Friday.
- Handling & Dispatch: Orders placed before 03:00 PM WIB are processed and dispatched on the same business day (handling time: 0–1 business day). Orders placed after 03:00 PM WIB, on weekends, or during national public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

We ship worldwide directly from our workshop in East Java, Indonesia, partnering with trusted international couriers (Pos Indonesia Pos Ekspor, EMS International, and premium air carriers) with end-to-end door-to-door tracking.

3. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
For orders within Indonesia, we partner with reliable domestic express couriers (JNE, J&T, and SiCepat):

4. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your official Airway Bill (Resi Tracking Number) and a direct tracking link. You can also monitor your package anytime on our Tracking Order page.
5. Customs, Import Duties & VAT
For international shipments, customs policies and import thresholds vary by country:
- United States: Orders valued below $800 USD qualify for the De Minimis tariff exemption and typically incur zero import duties.
- European Union, UK & other destinations: Local customs duties or import VAT may be assessed upon arrival by the destination country's customs authority. The buyer is responsible for any applicable local customs import charges.
- ranu tarde covers all standard export handling, export packaging, and transit insurance from our Indonesian distribution facility.
6. Transit Protection & Care Guarantee
All ranu tarde shipments are covered by transit insurance against loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, and reach out to our slow care team at info@ranutarde.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
