2. Pricing, Products & Currency

  • Currency: All product prices displayed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless explicitly stated otherwise by the currency selector.

  • Handcrafted Nature: Our pouches, charms, and accessories are individually handcrafted by local artisans. Slight natural variations in quilted stitching, fabric texture, or bead placement are natural hallmarks of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and paid, the price for that order is guaranteed.

3. Orders, Payments & Checkout

  • When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including a valid delivery address, active phone/WhatsApp number, and email address).

  • Payments must be completed via our designated secure payment channels (such as Bank Transfer, QRIS, or certified payment gateway). Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment verification.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped according to our published Shipping Policy.

  • Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates determined by third-party shipping carriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat) and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon handover to the courier, though we actively assist buyers with courier insurance claims in the event of loss or damage.

5. Returns, Replacements & Warranties

All purchases, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are strictly governed by our published Returns & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for specific timelines (including our 2x24 hours complaint window with mandatory unboxing video, and our 7-day manufacturing warranty).

6. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, logos, product names, photography, illustrations, text, and website content displayed on ranu tarde are the exclusive intellectual property of ranu tarde. Any reproduction, republication, or unauthorized commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
