As stated on your official ranu tarde Thank You & Guarantee Card, we provide a dedicated warranty to ensure your complete peace of mind.

1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty

We offer a 7-Day Craftsmanship Warranty commencing from the date your package is marked as delivered by the courier.

What Is Covered:

  • Structural manufacturing defects (e.g., loose quilted seam stitching, misaligned seams).
  • Functional hardware issues (e.g., broken or jammed zippers upon arrival).
  • Severe shipping transit damage.

Resolution:

We will replace the defective item with a brand new piece at zero cost to you. (ranu tarde covers round-trip replacement delivery).

Coverage Scope:

This warranty strictly covers product replacement/exchange and does not cover monetary refunds.

2. What Is Not Covered

To maintain fair use, this warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear resulting from regular everyday use.
  • Accidental tears, burns, cuts, or cosmetic stains caused by personal handling.
  • Damage resulting from improper washing or maintenance (e.g., machine washing, bleach, or harsh wringing contrary to our Care Guide).
  • Third-party modifications or alterations.

3. Repair & Restoration Service (Beyond 7 Days)

If your pouch experiences wear and tear after the 7-day warranty window, we still want to help you extend the life of your favorite object.

We provide a Repair & Maintenance Service at our East Java workshop:

  • Service Fee: A modest repair fee will apply depending on the materials and labor required (e.g., zipper replacement, seam restitching).
  • Shipping: Round-trip shipping expenses for repair services are borne by the customer.

4. How to Claim Your Warranty
