Shipping policy

At ranu tarde, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand to ensure your objects arrive in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time & Cut-Off Hours

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 03:00 PM WIB (GMT+7), Monday through Friday.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 03:00 PM WIB will be processed and dispatched on the same business day (handling time: 0–1 business day).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We partner with trusted domestic shipping carriers (including JNE, J&T, and SiCepat) to deliver across Indonesia:

  • Java & Bali:
    • Estimated Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days
    • Shipping Fee: FREE Shipping on orders of IDR 100,000 and above. (Standard courier rate applies for orders under IDR 100,000).
  • Outside Java & Bali:
    • Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days
    • Shipping Fee: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation containing your official Airway Bill (Resi Tracking Number) via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment status anytime via the courier's official tracking portal.

4. Shipping Insurance & Damage in Transit

All our packages are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will actively assist you in filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any delivery issues to info@ranutarde.com within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our workshop due to an invalid address, the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping fee to resend the package.

6. International Shipping & Customs (Duties/Taxes)

For international orders, the buyer is fully responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or import clearance fees imposed by the destination country. We cover standard shipping and transit insurance only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by local customs inspections, or if a shipment is returned/abandoned due to unpaid import duties.
